## About Listed Press

### Listed Press – Get Your Product Featured in Editorial Roundups and Shortlists

Listed Press is an editorial publishing platform that helps startup founders, SaaS businesses, indie hackers, and independent makers get their products featured in structured editorial roundups and product shortlists. Instead of publishing another basic directory listing with just a product name, logo, and website link, Listed Press focuses on creating comparison-oriented pages that introduce multiple products under a specific theme or set of criteria.

Every published shortlist features named products, clearly defined selection criteria, and one contextual dofollow backlink pointing to the submitted product's website. This gives makers an opportunity to have their products mentioned in editorial content that people can browse when exploring or comparing solutions.

**Key Features and Benefits**

**1. Editorial Product Roundups:** Get your product featured in a structured roundup rather than a conventional directory listing. Each page is organized around a particular topic, category, or comparison theme.

**2. Contextual Dofollow Backlinks:** Every published shortlist includes one guaranteed dofollow backlink to the submitted product website. The link appears naturally within the editorial content, rather than being placed in a generic footer or logo grid.

**3. Comparison-Oriented Content:** Listed Press focuses on shortlists that readers can scan when evaluating different products. Named products and clear criteria make the content more useful for people exploring solutions in a particular category.

**4. Daily Publications:** Five free shortlists go live every day at 08:00 UTC. Free submissions that exceed the daily publishing capacity enter a queue, while paid publications can go live on the day they are ready.

**5. SEO, AEO, and GEO Optimization:** Paid placements receive additional editing designed around comparison-related search queries. This includes optimized titles, summaries, headings, selection criteria, and contextual link placement.

**6. FAQ and Structured Data:** Paid shortlists include direct-answer content blocks, FAQ schema, and Article and SoftwareApplication structured data to provide additional context about the published content.

**7. AI-Friendly Publishing:** Paid publications are included in llms.txt and RSS, with a richer Markdown version designed to make the content easier for AI agents and other automated systems to access and reference.

**8. Additional Distribution:** Each paid shortlist includes a custom featured image, a published Pinterest pin linking to the article, and automatic IndexNow submissions for the HTML and Markdown URLs.

**9. Homepage Relaunches:** Paid publications can be scheduled to appear in the homepage's daily edition up to three additional times, providing further opportunities for discovery.

**Pricing and Plans**

- **Free – $0:** One free shortlist placement per website with a guaranteed contextual dofollow backlink. Your website must link to [listedpress.com](http://listedpress.com) while the publication remains live. The official badge is optional. Five free shortlists are published daily, and additional submissions enter the queue.
- **Editorial – $29:** One-time payment per published shortlist. No backlink to Listed Press is required, and the publication skips the free queue. Includes SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization, direct-answer blocks, FAQ schema, Article and SoftwareApplication schema, llms.txt, enhanced Markdown, RSS, custom featured image, Pinterest promotion, automatic IndexNow, and up to three homepage relaunches.

Listed Press is particularly useful for makers who want their products to appear in editorial content beyond traditional launch platforms. Whether you're building a SaaS product, launching a side project, or growing an independent business, it offers another opportunity to earn contextual backlinks, participate in product comparisons, and strengthen your online presence.
